Ok guys, I know I haven't blogged in a while, but here is a story I made before Halloween, I hope you like it!

Getting Ready For Halloween

It's that halloween time of year, the time where goasts go ooooo, and warewolfs howl! All families have some different traditions for halloween this is what this is all about; we are going to share the whole halloween experience for the Juday family, this is it.

The first thing the Judays do to get ready for halloween is get out all the halloween decorations (they have a lot of them so this took kind of a long time.) Next they took all the outside decorations outside. Then Lexi Juday and her dad, Jeff Juday layed out all the decorations acording to how they wanted them to be. They had some cool outside decorations, they had glowing eyeballs that the lights blinked on every so often so it looked like real animals blinking, they had a spider with purple lights on it and black shimmery legs that would move so it looked like the spider was crawling, thay had a light-up "spooky" sighn with a skull on it, light up orange spider webs, a light up tree, all kinds up tomb stones, a light up pumpkin, light up little trick-or-treating goasts dressed like wiches, and a light-up spooky goast. Meanwhile, inside the house, Mrs. Juday (aka "mom" to Lexi) was decorating the inside of the house like the fire place, the top of the entertainment center, and the rest of the house, but she left the window decorating to Lexi because it was always a tradition that Lexi would decorate the windows. The next day was Monday, but Lexi got the day off from school because it was a teacher inservice day. That day Lexi also decorated the windows because she forgot to do it yesterday because Lexi and her dad were decorating the outside of the house until evening. That day Lexi had the day with her mom and they went shopping and had luch together, it was fun! That night Lexi went to bed early because it was a school day. That day Lexi went to school and had a fun day. A few weeks after that, Lexi and her dad went to a halloween store, and looked at some creepy decorations (it was always a tradition that Lexi and her dad would go to some halloween stores around halloween time.) The next day was Sunday and Lexi and her mom went to a halloween store to go and pick out a costume. Lexi tried on a cheerleader costume, a pirate costume, and a goast costume. Finally Lexi tried on a girl's skeleton costume, and Lexi knew that was the costume for her! So they bought the costume and some makeup, and drove home. A few weeks later Lexi was at school and it was recess. Lexi and her friends were making a huge leaf pile, while they were making it, a few people joined in and soon they had a bunch of people helping them! When they were done, thay had a huge leaf pile, finally Lexi counted to three; "one, two, three!" Then they all jumped in and made leafs fly everywhere! Lexi and her friends had leafs in their hair, but they had lots of fun! Then the bell rang and it was time to line up, then they went inside, did a few work sheets, packed up and went home. The next day was Saturday and they carved pumpkins, it was very messy! Dad carved a goast on his pumpkin, mom carved a cat on her pumpkin, and Lexi carved a peace sighn on her pumpkin! The weeked seemed to go by in a flash, and when Lexi went to bed on Wednesday

she relized it was October 30th! She looked at her calender again and she was right, halloween was tomorrow! Lexi was so excited. The next morning Lexi woke up and it was halloween! She was so excited that when her mom came to wake her up in her room, Lexi shot up in bed before her mom could even say, "good morning." Lexi threw on some clothes, brushed her teeth, ate her breakfeast, and hopped in the car so her mom could drive her to school. In class, the words Mrs.J was saying was just a blur, and Lexi could hardly concetrate because she was so excited. Finally it was lunch, then recess, then they went in the classroom for a halloween party. The party was fun, there were games, and cake and spooky punch. Then, at the end of the party, were goody bags! Then Lexi packed up and her mom drove her home. Then Lexi had to rush a little bit because she was going to her cousin's house and was going trick-or-treating in their neighborhood. So Lexi slipped on her skeleton costume, and her mom did her make up, then her mom, her dad, and Lexi all went to her cousin's house for trick-or-treating. When Lexi and her family got there, Lexi's grandma was there, her cousins, and her Aunt and Uncle, they also had two cats. A few miniutes later, they all went outside and went trick-or-treating. Meanwhile, back at the house, Lexi's grandmas passed out candy. Lexi and her cousins' were pretty sure they went to every single house in the neighborhood. when they got back to her cousins' house, it was almost dark, and they sat on the floor and ate and went through some of their candy. After playing with her cousins a little bit, Lexi and her mom and dad drove home. On the way home, Lexi relized how good of a halloween she really had. Then her parents asked her, "What was your favorit part of this halloween?" And Lexi replied, "Everything!"
